Although browsing trends or web page hit counts may be collected for internal statistical purposes, Network PM has no use for cookies or any other software that identifies users and their personal browsing activities. Network PM will ensure that the information collected from you is relevant, accurate, up-to-date and not excessive. For example, Network PM will collect your name, address, business name, ABN and contact details to allow for a smooth purchase. Warranty & Returns PolicySoftware ProductsBecause our clients are given enough time to trial the software products available via Network PM to ensure it fulfils their needs, Network PM cannot guarantee return of goods for refund or credit unless the software product's developer (the vendor) agrees to the arrangement. If you change your mind about a software product you purchase and you request your money back or credit, Network PM will enquire to the appropriate software developer (vendor) with your request. Hardware ProductsNetwork PM carry the manufacturer's warranty and returns policy for all hardware products. Usually this means the hardware product is guaranteed to be free of defects for the period of its warranty. And if the hardware product is defective or becomes defective under normal usage while under warranty, the hardware product will be either repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. However this general rule is not to be taken for granted. You should check the product's specific warranty and returns policy located on the vendor's website.
