Before buying, please be aware of the following:

• All orders relating to mail server or gateway security cannot be handled online. Instead, please contact Network PM.
• This is not a physical purchase, so there will be no shipping involved. This is a downloadable purchase only. You will be emailed the download link and license information within 24 hours of ordering.
• Refunds are impossible due to Eset Australia's returns policy: "once a license has been generated, it cannot be refunded. The customer is expected to have trialled the software before deciding to buy it". Therefore, if you are less than confident in the product, please trial the software first by downloading it from www.eset.com.
