The basic points:

• Computer, PC, laptop and network hardware and software repairs, upgrades, installations, service, sales and support.

• Labour rate is $55 per hour, charged at 15 minute increments or part thereof.

• In-store/low priority jobs are often cheaper than onsite/high priority jobs.

Just to elaborate:

Viruses, spyware and hybrids of both can infect your computer and network. The possible symptoms are extensive but typically include the degradation in computer and or network performance and software programs and games not functioning as they once did. Sometimes viruses and spyware infect your system so much they render it unusable. Less often but far more severe is the theft, corruption and deletion of personal and confidential files possibly resulting in identity theft and major loss in business productivity and therefore clientele and money. These pests are typically received when browsing websites and downloading email messages and "free" programs, but are sometimes accidentally received from people you know via infected storage media such as CDs, DVDs, floppy disks, USB flash drives, etc.

Computers can also become slow over time due to fragmentation and a lack of hard disk drive (HDD) space. Fragmentation is caused by the simple usage of your computer as well as software installations, removals and updates. Although these performance issues can't be stopped, they can be minimised via monthly maintenance tasks: Disk Defragmenter and Disk Cleanup. Disk Defragmenter can be scheduled to run by itself without human intervention but Disk Cleanup cannot. I recommend performing a both tasks on a monthly basis. Another way to minimise slowness and increase performance without upgrading is to remove as many programs from the list of programs that automatically run when you turn on the computer. However this task should be done by a technician on a yearly basis.

I understand money doesn't grow on trees and I want to look after the clients that look after me by providing me with their business and prompt payments. So I charge not only a cheap $55 per hour labour rate, but also a very reasonable call-out fee.
