Remote Access For
Computer & Network Repairs

The basic points:

• For existing clients with good rapport.
• This service provides the same service as
  Computer & Network Repairs except it's performed remotely from my office via the internet.
• This service is available for after hours and on weekend urgencies at $110 per hour, minimum charge of 1 hour.

Just to elaborate:

This service can provide the same features as its onsite equivalent, computer and network repairs. The only difference here is I can first attempt to resolve your computer issues remotely from my location. This service provides at least some part of the initial phase of diagnosis and sometimes will also solve your computer issues, hence preventing the need to call-out to your location. This saves you time and money.

To make remote access support effective, you will need at least broadband Internet access such as ADSL, DSL or cable. Dial-up and satellite internet access is unfortunately too slow to maintain a stable remote access connection.
