Remote Access For
Computer & Network Repairs

The basic points:

• For existing clients only.
• This service provides the same service as
  Computer & Network Repairs except it's performed remotely from my office via the internet.
• Labour rate is $55 per hour, charged at 15 minute increments or part thereof.
• Minimum labour charge of 30 minutes applies to all jobs.
• This service is available to existing clients only.
• This service is available after hours and on weekends at $88 per hour, charged at 15 minute increments or part thereof, with a minimum labour charge of 30 minutes.

Just to elaborate:

This service can provide the same features as its onsite equivalent, computer and network repairs. The only difference here is I can first attempt to resolve your computer issues remotely from my location. This service provides at least some part of the initial phase of diagnosis and sometimes will also solve your issues, hence preventing the need to call-out to your location. This saves you time and money.

To make remote support effective, you will need at least broadband Internet access such as ADSL, DSL, cable or satellite. Dial-up is unfortunately too slow to cope with the connection.
